Best way to sell a M1 Imac Mint condition?

Hi All,
After spending £1200 on a 24 inch iMac I am slightly annoyed with myself having to sell it 2 years later because of an upcoming move. I seem to find a real lack of info online as far as where the best place to sell it would be - so far tried putting it on Facebook Marketplace and very little interest except people offering crazy low prices. Will try eBay though not exactly sure how to send it (I have the original iMac box but not the outer brown box if that makes sense).
Wondering if there are any good trade in places online or in person that would take it more easily that give the best value or something I am missing?
Thanks in advance!

We priced ours up to trade in with Apple and they offered us £340 ! We don’t have the box for ours….

Try Cex, you won't get top price but it's cash in hand without aggro0

M1 Imacs have recently sold at Costco for very low prices, they're currently £899 but I'm sure I've seen them for much lower in the last few months (Maybe £729, £799? I can't remember exactly).
I would get values from CEX and Apple, then expect to sell for slightly more on a private sale.
Be prepared to accept a significant loss....0 -

I think eBay seems the best option - I just didn't want to go through the headache of getting an outer brown box (I have the original imac box but I also need a shipping box) and then having to ship it etc but I think I will have to if I don't want to lose significantly. On eBay they are generally selling £600-800 - closer to the £800 for the ones that are in absolute mint condition as mine is.0 -

You could try selling it collection only on eBay. I see quite a few of the larger Apple computers listed this way, but I fear you're not going to get as much as you'd like for it in any event. There are few things that depreciate as quickly as computers, which is something I've learned from only ever buying second hand ones myself.

Don’t forget with eBay you need to factor in fees and postage as well .I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
