MSE broadband deal tool

I am keen to change broadband provider and used the app on my phone this morning (entering my postcode and then selecting my house address), noting that a deal using Virgin media would be best for me. I later tried again on my laptop and Virgin is not available on the tool. I know Virgin is available in my area, as I have been a customer previously. I tried again on the app and Virgin has "gone" from there too. I wonder what I am doing wrong - surely Virgin didn't become unavailable in the course of this morning? Any ideas please?

Maybe the deal is no longer available? Have you tried the Virgin Media site to see if it is there?

It could also be technical issue on the MSE broadband tool.

And watch out for the total costs, comparison sites will often provide a sort by total cost, but I've not seen one yet where the 'total' costs actually included the tawdry in contract price hike that offcos have allowed, so the toatl is not the total you'll end up paying - as shame on the comparison sites.
