DCAs Claim - Black Horse Finance - Claim for Deceased Son's Estate

So I copied the tool guide, then wrote a letter to the company I am asking about DCAs.
I am not claiming for myself, but have wrote to the company involved for my deceased Son estate, to which I am executor & have been granted probate by the Court of Justice, to which my Son passed away 6 years ago this last week on the 3rd September.
The company I have contacted is Black Horse Finance, to which my Son had 2 different agreements with them, one in 2008 for finance which he paid off, he sold that car, then had finance in 2013 for another car, which he paid off.
I have the car now, since 2018 we didn't want to part with the car.
I have sent the formal enquiry letter today to Black Horse Finance 9th September 2024 by recorded delivery, cost £7.95 pence, but best to use recorded delivery, then I have proof that Black Horse Finance have the letter.
Common sense I have made copies.
I have all the paperwork from the car dealer Evans Halshaw & Black Horse Finance for the 2013 agreement, but only have the Black Horse Finance paperwork for the 2008 agreement.
So now I wait for a reply.

OK
Keep in mind that even if you get a reply there will be no action until late next year at the earliestSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Yes I know it will be a long drawn out action, but at least the enquiry action is started.0 -
Further to my enquiry regarding my deceased son's finance agreement's with Black Horse Finance.
It is now 8 weeks since I sent the recorded delivery letter to the company, but had no response.
I have now just wrote another letter to the company dated 5th November 2024, asking for information
about my deceased son's 2 accounts.

Keep in mind that many lenders are not responding, just logging things, due to the FCA investigation and freeze on casesSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
