  • I can’t see anything related to what I’ve asked, as my question is quite specific to the wording.

i understand they are likely to challenge and send the questionnaire which they have.

i was curious to know whether anyone had come up against Moore side or seen a response referencing the forum

Plenty of recent cases mentioning Moorside, new kid on the block

But regardless of the facts, if you want advice about the details in your own case, or about letters that you have received, please start a new thread of your own, to ask questions in sonebody else's thread is a hi jack and a no no

Luck. ?  You definitely don't need any luck

You offer £0 , they want the full amount, no agreement, end of call after 5 minutes, carry on towards court or a Discontinuance next year, as usual

    No luck involved

Well I suppose it was just a form of speech.

Just got off the mediation call - offered £0.
Waiting to see what happens next.

    Yes - certainly - but that's irrelevant.

    Good morning and happy Saturday.
As rightly predicted by Gr1Ppr I have not received the court order and no clue what to do next and feeling close to caving in and settling...

The WS was due yesterday and I have yet to do it - I want to submit it ASAP. Please can anyone help with some examples and what this should looks like/say.

DSB legal have not shared anything with me yet and the paper state that a £27 fee is to be paid by the claimant by October.

    TY
