Anyone having problems with Shopeezee?

Have you tried writing to them ... Or even, dare I say it, phoning them?

Shopeezee are absolutely useless. On 07/10/12 I ordered a Carlton Suitcase via their website on the basis of fast free delivery, 10 per cent discount etc. My order confirmation stated the case would arrive in 2-3 working days.
Day 3: No suitcase. My wife phoned for an update and was told "The tracking system was down" but someone would investigate and phone back. No return call.
Day 4: No suitcase. I phoned and was told that they couldn't find my order, which I had on the screen in front of me! However, it turned out that the "lost" order was one they placed on Carlton for direct delivery to me. When pressed, Shopeezee staff told me they had no idea whether my case was in stock at Carlton, whether or not it had been despatched or whether it was sitting on a van somewhere. This makes a mockery of their on-line "tracking system" which has shown my order (128906) "in progress" and "with you in 2-3 working days" since the order was placed. I was then told it would take half an hour to go through the orders to find mine and they would call me back. No returned call.
Day 5: No suitcase. I phoned again and demanded my money back. I was told that a refund would be actioned that morning with a confirmation email. Nothing happened. I had to chase them yet again. I received the email but I STILL HAVEN'T GOT MY MONEY BACK. This is an appalling way to treat customers. AT NO TIME HAVE I RECEIVED AN APOLOGY OR EXPLANATION FOR NON-DELIVERY, OR THE OFFER TO RE-ORDER AND FAST TRACK A REPLACEMENT TO MEET THE FAST DELIVERY COMMITMENT WHICH IS PLASTERED ALL OVER THEIR WEBSITE.
Shopeezee seem unable to produce any evidence that they ever ordered my suitcase from Carlton. It seems that when things go wrong at Shopeezee they have neither the processes to resolve problems or sufficient interest to address them.
Whatever explanation Shopeezee produce to excuse their shoddy customer service the fact remains that they completely messed up our week while we waited in for three days for a non-existent suitcase.0 -

On the 25th Jan I ordered a bag through them. They then spent the next week fobbing me off with excuses as to why it hasn't been delivered, each time blaming the supplier.
Their excuse was that the supplier had a backlog of orders to fill and that was causing the delay. They claimed to me they'd contacted the supplier for information and kept providing me with supposed delivery details which were incorrect (I have these details in emails).
When I contacted the supplier they said the claims weren't true and gave me the reason after me pressuring them for a projected delivery date of the shopeezee order. So I purchased it from them and it was delivered next day - completely negating the claim made by shopeezee that the supplier was the cause of the delay.
Shopeezee's behaviour was unacceptable, I told shopeezee that I was travelling the next week and they continued to lie to me about it being delivered when they knew full well it wouldn't be because of issues between them and the supplier of the luggage.
However, they did refund me but to add insult to injury then asked me if I wanted to repurchase the bag, which shows they had no idea of the emails I'd sent to them as I was already travelling when the email was sent. Their customer service is well below par.
All up, shopeezee added more drama than necessary to something that should have been a straight forward purchase. I do not believe that they are a company that you can trust because of the deliberate misinformation they provided to me about the reasons for non delivery, which is a shame as they do stock a wide range and there were other items I would have purchased when I got back but now I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole as their behaviour since I purchased this is not approaching any level of professional standards.
be warned that there is a likelihood of their being problems with your order and that you may find yourself inconvenienced at best and possibly out of pocket at worst (as I was because I purchased somewhere else).0 -
Has anyone any advice? I ordered a piece of cabin luggage from Shopeezee last month for approx £50. I never received the case from them and now they have gone out of business. The payment was made with my debit card. I want my money back!! This lot strike me as a bunch of fraudsters/scammers0

Cheats have setup a new website VIGANO with dot co dot UK to con people, report them to BBC Watchdog take all your inquires here, they cannot hide with the level of terrible customer service they used to provide. I sent a luggage to repair to this company and paid £78.00 for the repair and the delivery charge, I am unable to get my suitcase back.
I am so paranoid and I need to go on Holiday and need to pay for another suitcase as these guys have gobbled up my suitcase.
Vigano - company Director is JASON NAGA same guy who owned Shopeezee and his wife Natasha Naga and the same address as 10 CANBERRA HOUSE, CORBYGATE BUSINESS PARK, CORBY, NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, ENGLAND, NN17 5JG.0
