Anyone having problems with Shopeezee?

On 16th December I ordered a piece of Samsonite luggage for a forthcoming holiday from Shopeezee.co.uk. Their site said Free Delivery within 4 to 8 days. I wasn't expecting it before Xmas but as it still hadn't turned up by 27th I thought I would phone to find out expected delivery date. All I got and have got since is an auto reply saying their phone lines are busy and giving 4 options, all of which requested me to send them an Email, first giving them 24 hours to Email me back with a delivery date (didn't happen) then after 24 hours send Email with my phone number and they will phone back asap (didn't happen) then an "any other reason" option which again asked for phone number to be Emailed and call back (hasn't happened) and finally a New Order option, which I tried in desperation, which asked for an Email with phone number will call back as soon asc lines clear to take the order (hasn't happened either). There is no way to speak to a human being!
I've tried their automatic order tracking system but that shows my order as being confirmed and goods ordered from Samsonite Belgium, expected delivery 5 - 7 days. It doesn't say what date from and whether to them or to me.
My Credit Card was charged on 17th December.
I am getting worried at the total lack of response or ability to contact anyone. Is it just the Xmas and post Xmas rush or something worse i.e. they've gone "belly up"!:mad:
Anyone with similar experience or suggestions?

The website does have a message saying all orders placed between 21st Dec and 2nd Jan will be delivered 1st week of January. I know you ordered before this but could be your order was delayed slightly. This is probably also why they haven't responded to your emails or returned your calls as if they are not dispatching orders there are probably no staff working there over xmas.0

received an Email saying that Samsonite have said that orders placed after 16th (mine was 16th) will be delivered within first two weeks of January. Do I still want to proceed? I've replied asking if it is not delivered by 14th January can I cancel? We'll see what they say.

Arandorastar, I am sorry you have had a delay with your order in December. Did you received your order or did you cancel in the end? For the troubles you had I am willing to send you some free luggage scales you can use on future trips. Please contact Shopeezee.co.uk and ask for Jason, and I will gladly offer you this as a good will gesture from me. Without looking further in to what caused the delay on your order I am unable to comment at this stage. Jason (Shopeezee)

Thank you very much for picking up on my complaint. I did indeed cancel the order as the item was needed for our trip and we could not wait any longer. I am away from home at the moment but will contact you on our return after 8th April.0 -

I received a briefcase very promptly two days ago from Shopeezee but need to return it. The site indicates that I need to contact Shopeezee in order to be sent a returns form. I contacted Shopeezee by email immediately and very quickly received an email from Jason saying that he would confirm the next day. I didn't hear anything the next day or today. I have tried to phone a number of times but cannot get through. I have also sent several emails but not received any more replies. Please could someone from Shopeezee get back to me as soon as possible as I have limited time to return this item. Thanks. Order no. 620310

All sorted! Jason contacted immediately after the bank holiday weekend to arrange collection of the briefcase and a full refund. I cannot fault the service that I have received. Jason sent several emails as I had not replied to the first, explaining why I was unable to contact Shopeezee on a particular day and has been extremely fair in dealing with the matter. Thanks, Jason. I can unreservedly recommend Shopeezee for customer service.0

Hi everyone
Has anyone had recent experience of Shopeezee?
I ordered a suitcase on the 28th November and it hasnt arrived yet.
They say it normally takes 24 - 72 hours for delivery and when I try to contact them it just says email them - which I have!!?
Is there another way to contact them!??
