Firefly car rental scam

Hi, this is a common problem! The fraudulent efforts of Firefly car rental
At the hire desk in Alicante airport in 2022 the advisor initialled on the hire form that we accepted supercover, he actually put my husbands initials on the form! (all unbeknown to us)
So, on returning home we received a bill for 308 euros. We went to my husbands credit card and refuted the transaction. They refunded it and we havnt heard anything since. Today, in Sept 2024 I have received a bill from Hertz debt collectors for this said amount. Where do we go now? Please help? has anyone else fought this and how? Thanks
