Help to Buy ISA to Cash ISA

Hi, Can I transfer my Help to Buy ISA to a normal Cash ISA?
I will be buying a house but it is >250,000 therefore the bonus from the Help to Buy ISA won't kick in and it has an abysmal interest rate.
I would like to transfer this to a standard Cash ISA as I will be using other savings for the deposit.
Thanks for the help

Yes you can transfer a H2B cash ISA into a standard cash ISA - I did that with mine last year for similar reasons. I had to submit a paper transfer form as it fell outside of the scope of my provider's usual transfer process. It took a while for the transfer to complete, but it was otherwise a very smooth process.1
