Credit agreement with Vodafone issues
I previously had a SIM deal with Vodafone alongside 2 device plans ; one for my phone and one for my smartwatch.
Since I cancelled the SIM, Vodafone locked me out the online account meaning I need to contact them to make any changes to the account (Direct debits), view the balance and statements. They haven't once emailed me or posted any statements annually either so I need to contact them to get this information.
I've also recently moved house and they are refusing to update the details on the account because I don't have a SIM plan, just the devices on a CCA.
Does this sound like the correct information I've been given?

So your "device plans" are like hire purchase agreements? Whilst you may have taken the agreement out through Vodafone, who is the agreement with?Without SIM contract from the mobile network, what contract do you have with the mobile network? Do they have any obligation to help you interact with the hire purchase company, or indeed help you in any other way? What does the paperwork say for your "device plans"?0

Sorry I should have clarified a bit more with that!
It's a CCA from Vodafone for a device so both are from Vodafone too.Currently in a Protected Trust Deed - 23 payments until DEBT FREE - February 20270 -
Don't think that a company has to provide online access to an account just because you have a credit agreement with them.
Of no use now but you could have set up an alternative phone number before cancelling the SIM. Problem is that Vodafone's identity checks rely on you having a device to which they can send OTC to.
Not being able to change your address is just pisspoor, I guess you will have to send a letter to whatever address is given on the credit agreement.0 -
