Want to add my wife to house deeds
No mortgage
is this correct.
1 x Forms AP1 and TP1
2 x Forms ID1
Fee id property value 250-500K is £100
How to find out House Title number ?.. do I need to order The Title Register £19.95 to find that out as cannot remember what that might be

Where are you getting £19.95 from? That sounds like one of the rip-off looky-likey websites, not the actual .gov.uk Land Registry. Should be only about £3 to get the basic title details.2

Land registry have videos and written instructions on how to complete the forms,How to complete form ID1How to complete form TR1,How to complete form AP1,
I think it is TR1 you need as referring to whole property.
I think the fee of £100 is if done through solicitor, otherwise £230.
Going through something similar, thought I could do it myself, but decided it wasn't worth it, Solicitor fee £600 plus extras.2 -
