Hi, I've just been trying to find the old letter but I don't appear to have it anymore, sorry! I used the templates from here though and mentioned non pofa plus the railway bylaws. You'd need to post the pcn to check it's non pofa which the guys here will be able to tell you. Under no circumstances admit who was driving or accept liability, no I, we etc.
