Recently moved home and Lebara signal is not very good. O2 & EE better indoor coverage

Currently been with Lebara and moved my main number over to them previously. Just got another SIM with Lebera. Don't like doing the port dance though. It was suggested that the best setup might be a duel SIM phone, transfer number to a PAYG SIM (for me O2 & EE has best signal) for INCOMING CALLS and keep the Lebara SIMS for OUTGOING CALLS & DATA, using the promotions as needed with new numbers, as original number on PAYG.

Any better setups?

Do you have fixed line broadband at home? If so just use WiFi for data and calling.

Transferring a number from one provider to another sounds far less complicated than having two sum cards and dealing with all that faff.

An even easier option would be to use WiFi calling on your phone, assuming you have broadband.

...But ONLY if your phone supports WiFi Calling.
