My fake garden crocs were also special buy lidl or Aldi 4.99 jobbie, had them over 10 years now they used to have a removable fleece lining which I threw away a few years back. Doubt they are the same now.
Focus on contribution instead of the impressiveness of consumption to see the true beauty in people.

I use 'bistro' crocs (no holes, extra non-slip) and find them very long lasting. The soles of my most worn pair are now very worn and extra slippy instead of extra non-slip, but they're 8 years old and worn daily in the kitchen and garden. I started wearing crocs when I worked in professional kitchens, and failing after 18 months of pretty light use sounds very wrong.

Did you buy your 'proper crocs' from somewhere like amazon/ebay? They might not be actual crocs unless you bought them from them direct.
