    Morning, apologies for the long time between updates. I submitted my DQ within the allotted time, but according to them they did not receive it, I sent it on numerous occasions, in the end it went directly to a judge who ruled in claiments favour, I did complain and have subsequently had that CCJ removed. I have now received the letter for mediation and having to complete a WS, any link to send me to the right WS template to follow? Thanks

    Study the WS advice in the second post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements 

    Study other recent WS examples by other victims in other recent cases on here

    There are NO WS TEMPLATES on mse forums, none at all, just previous cases

    The mediation stage is also covered in the newbies sticky thread in announcements,  plus the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements

    Why not just read WS posted from this week, by skim reading threads on page one, then two, three, etc? There are a couple of good ones already within the past 2 or 3 days.
