Britannia Parking CNBC letter
Comments
-
The 9th is the date of the parking.
I will include the the parking and postcode on the defence letter.
I have amended below:
3. The Defendant does recall visiting place, postcode on 09/02/2024 but saw no evidence that the vehicle was “Parked without Registering Vehicle at Bar or Reception” or that there was any such relevant obligation prominently signposted. The claimant is put to strict proof that the driver did not register (verbally, in writing or otherwise) the vehicle at an unidentified “Bar or Reception”.

Your defence should also say that it is denied that 'a PCN was issued' on that date.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have received my N180 form and have filled it in as per the notes in the 12 steps. I am about to email, probably a stupid question but what should I title the email, it was pretty specific for the defence, so just checking if it's the same. I've currently titled it Completed N180 form.0
