Have I been mis-sold on my car warranty?

I read the same as Ectophile. If he'd bought the car in March he would have had to pay an extra £399 for the full 2 year warranty, but in April it was included in the price of the car.

I have a manufacturers warranty, and it's fine, wouldn't go third party.

That advert contradicts itself.

You get a 18 month GOLD warranty "Included in price"
Yet they then say "Every vehicle is sold with 6 month gold warranty"
Then they then say "Upgrade" your warranty 1 year £299, 2 year £399.
No mention of being a EXTRA 1 or 2 years....

So just exactly was included in the price????

Putting aside the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on 🤷‍♀️

The way I read it, it's an April-only special offer that you get 18 months free.  Normally, it's 6 months and you pay if you want an extra year.

Exactly. Their statement is clear as mud. 

Perhaps OP would be wise to report to ASA, for their view on it.
