Best place for lump sum?

Hi. I have just retired and want to get best interest rate on my lump sum. I won't need to make any withdrawals.

One thought though, if you don't need to spend it why take the lump sum now rather than let it grow in the pension?

Have you already taken it and if so, how much are you looking to have and how long do you expect not to make any withdrawals?

Are you just interested in savings accounts ( as opposed to investments)? If so you can look here for comparisons of ISA and non Isa accounts.

Are you aware that some interest is taxable if not in an ISA?
