So there was no screw fitted after all. Have managed to get the face plate off now. Just as a follow up, should the doorbell have included a screwdriver? I cannot find any screws in the box the doorbell came in. Thanks for all the assistance here0

Yes all reset now. Button on right hand side of bell, once face plate has been removed.
