Ring Doorbell Pro 2 (Wired) trying to remove faceplate.

Hi
Trying to remove faceplate so I can reset the doorbell. According to instructions, I firstly have to remove a small screw that should be accessible from a hole at the bottom of the doorbell with a screwdriver that's supplied. I have inserted the screwdriver but been unable to remove the screw. I am not sure if there is even a screw to remove? I did not fit the doorbell. The hole is very small and quite difficult to see if a screw is inserted. Have you got this doorbell and should I be able to see head of the screw? On the basis that there may not be a screw fitted I have tried to remove the faceplate and it moves a little but I do not want to use any force in case it breaks the faceplate. The instructions do not say what type of screw it is but searching the web reports its a T6-head Torx screw.
Any advice gratefully received.
Many thanks
Paul

Many thanks for the link Mike. Have you or anyone reading this, got this type of door bell? Could you post a picture of what the screw head looks like when fitted within the door bell, so I can compare with mine.
Thank you.0 -
You need something like the T6 shown here
And here is the screw

Use a T6 torx-head screwdriver if you misplaced the original screwdriver that came with the device.

Is it the orange handled original screwdriver? If so, it's double ended with a T6 on one end and a Philips on the other. Make sure you're using the correct end.0

Many thanks for all the feedback so far. I need to send apologies here. What I thought was the Ring doorbell screwdriver, wasn't!!! So at the moment I have not located the Ring screwdriver but the more I look at the doorbell itself I do not believe there is a screw to remove. I cannot see the head of any screw where it should be located unless it is well recessed. Has anyone reading this thread got this particular doorbell and can tell me that the head of the screw should be visible? I have tried searching the web and cannot see this particular view of the door bell. How do you download a photo to a thread without all the Windows Explorer details?0

Something like that?0 -
Got photo download to work. Hopefully there is a photo below.
This is the recess at the bottom of doorbell.
Looks pretty clear from 'Barely...' post that there is no screw! Now just got to workout how to take the faceplate off!
Electrician unpacked and fitted the doorbell about a year ago, anyone know what should come in the box with the doorbell? Many thanks for all your input here.
