You should have a copy of your order acknowledgement in your email?
But yes, they don't need to keep detailed records for a long period. The law says that over time they should reduce the amount of detail. So at first a business will have full details but after a while they'll only have the headline financial information. Then eventually they'll remove your information. (Assuming you didn't buy one finance from them)0 -

Whether it was an upgrade or a purchase there must have been documentation raised that shows that you now own the phone with serial number nnnnn. If you didn't receive it or failed to retain it and Three can't provide a copy then sorry, think you're gubbed. Did you register the handset with the manufacturer for guarantee purposes?0

I've taken it into the Genius Bar. They've examined it and have emailed me documentation to say it's not been damaged and that it's a manufacturing fault. But, because it came from Three then I have to go direct to them first.flaneurs_lobster said:Whether it was an upgrade or a purchase there must have been documentation raised that shows that you now own the phone with serial number nnnnn.
