Send your N180 to the email address that you will find in the template defence thread. Rather than using paper, you can download a pdf from GOV.UK and fill that in online and send it back by email.

Just email the DQ now. It will be fine, and it's easy. See the 8 steps which includes how to answer every question & where to email it.
