PCNs being sent to old address

Hi
I currently have two companies harassing me with PCNs, which I have so far ignored and will do until a LBC. But the problem is I moved house a few months ago and they're all being sent to my old address. I have tried to update my address with one of them, but I'm worried that once my redirection runs out they could continue contacting me at my old address and I'll never received the LBC if it does come.
I've updated my V5C but they began contact before I moved and I doubt they'll check my address again.
One of the companies has no contact info except a phone number to pay. What should I do? I don't want to have to redirect mail for the next 4 years.
Faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

You simply send an email to the DPO of each company with a Data Rectification Notice, INSTRUCTING them to UPDATE their records with your CURRENT address FOR SERVICE and for them to ERASE your old address from their records. The highlighted words are there for a reason and should be used.
Also tell them to confirm by email when they have complied with your instructions.
You can find the DPO contact details in the "Privacy policy" on each company's website.3 -
You must write to the Data Protection Officer of each of these companies insisting that they erase your old address from their files/records and replace it with your current address.
Failure to do that will allow them to raise a Claim against your old address and when no response is received they apply for, and get, a Default County Court Judgment against you.
Which companies are you talking about?
Have you remembered to update your vehicle's Registration Document(V5c) with the keeper's new address? Can be done online on the DVLA website.

The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.1

ZZPS, DRP are NOT parking companies. They should be ignored.
CEL and MET are parking companies.
A thorough read of the Newbies/FAQ thread is required, methinks.2 -

So both of those parking companies need an email to the DPO with a Data Rectification Notice, a correct postal address for the service of papers , ASAP2
