BA won’t pay compensation for a cancelled flight due to bad weather . How can I validate the weather conditions - is there some kind of reference register - other flights were OK

Bear in mind the bad weather may not have been in your location at the airport.0

It's difficult to challenge weather issues because ultimately it's down to the pilots if they think it's okay to go.

As of late, Heathrow has been terrible for weather-related ATC restrictions, reducing the number of slots avalible. If that's the cause, compensation is not payable.
Without knowing the date and route, it's difficult for those of us who can access the data to give you the answers.0
