A builder is not going to interested in taking a phone call when he is working.
He probably doesn’t want to be bothered about work at home.He probably considers enquiries should be through his solicitor.1 -

If you completed 12 weeks ago, your solicitor's work and the estate agent's work probably also finished 12 weeks ago.
So they aren't really required to help you with this, so they might be just fobbing you off.
Similarly, the builder isn't required to help you with warranties for items in the house, unless the contract says they must.sheramber said:He probably considers enquiries should be through his solicitor.
It sounds like the sale is completed, so the builder's solicitor will probably want to be paid for dealing with any further enquiries.
The builders may not be keen to pay their solicitors hundreds of pounds per hour to deal with enquiries about fridge warranties, etc. So the builders might have told their solicitors not to deal with any more enquiries.

Why weren't these "matters" addressed before completion?0

If OP has address then phone number can be found via directory enquiries; then email address if have phone number. However this may not work if the builder is exdirectory.

So they were 'freebies'? Lucky you! The builder is not going to waste time discussing things which were outside the contract. Even if you find his email and/or phone number, I doubt he'll reply. Then what will you do? Sue him for items he gave you as freebies?0
