UKPC asking for drivers details upon appeal. (City Gateway Car Park - Southampton)

Hi,
Received a parking ticket from UKPC and so I appealed using the template provided here.
They have come back to me stating;
"To assist us in making a decision regarding your appeal, please confirm the full name and address of the driver to our Appeals Department within seven days of the date of this letter."
and further down,
"Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 discusses the recovery of unpaid parking charges. It allows parking operators to hold the registered keeper liable to pay unpaid parking charges if the operator has not been provided the name and a serviceable address of the driver."
Reading the info on here, I am presuming I have two options, to either ignore the request, or provide them with the registered keepers name and address, although this I have done as part of the initial appeal. I believe they are trying their luck, but not 100% sure on the course of action.
Thanks in advance!

Ignore it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thought as much! Thanks
As an FYI to anyone else, I have already tried the Plan A approach, but the car park doesn't really have an associated retailer unfortunately.1 -

Got it. it is either the University of Southampton (was as the back of student accommodation), or another owner who I'm not yet clear on. Will do some more digging and contact the University tomorrow.0

@KeithP - See the comment after.
I believe it is the UoS's property. Something on their website suggests it is not for students, just for visitors (https://store.southampton.ac.uk/product-catalogue/halls/city-gateway/city-gateway-halls-products/city-gateway-halls-visitor-parking-permit). Postcode: SO16 2JA
Edit: states University of Southampton, City Gateway on the gov's land registry map, and brings up two results when I searched.2 -
I think that we had a recent case there. ? Or possibly another Uni on or near the south coast ?
Ignore the phishing request2 -
@Gr1pr - had a search on here but could only see two relating to the UoS, neither said exactly which car park. However, having a quick read there seems to be a 'car park manager', so will get more info on that.

There are multiple car parks for the UoS, all with different post codes. Unless the NtK specifies exactly which one with the correct post code, it fails PoFA and the keeper cannot be liable for the charge.3
