Leeds - Limited Issue Online Access ISA (Issue 76)

Hi,
What am I missing here...?
In the Best Cash ISA info - https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/best-cash-isa/ - it says that the Leeds BS's Limited Issue Online Access ISA (Issue 76) interest rate is 4.6% (fixed till 30 Sep 26).

However the Leeds say on his page - https://www.leedsbuildingsociety.co.uk/savings/cash-isas/limited-issue-online-access-isa/ - Interest rate:4.60% Tax free/AER variable 'The term is fixed until 30 September 2026' and "Interest rates can go down as well as up"

Not quite sure the difference between the two descriptions - obviously not a Fixed Rate ISA, but ???

Thanks

I believe that all the Leeds "limited edition online access" accounts are variable rate, ISA and non-ISA, so MSE is wrong to give the impression that it's a fixed rate product. They do have a fixed term. Although they are variable rate products it seems that currently Leeds do not often change the rates on closed issues, but clearly they could do.
