Hi all, quick update. I spoke to the court to check if the court fee had been paid and they informed me that Euro Car Parks have discontinued! I haven’t had anything from them confirming this though…. Many thanks for all your help in this process, I do have another one pending so might be back for some more help!! Thanks again 🙂

Great news they've discontinued hope you get the N279 notice of discontinuance. Remember to post it here so Umkomaas adds you to his growing list. Good luck with your other one.

Timeline:

Parking event 2020.

NoD signed 2023 (a year before DCB Legal even had the case file)...

File gets to DCB Legal and claim not filed until August 2024.

Template pre-signed '2023 batch' NoD finally posted, after the Defendant poker-faced them, in 2025.
