Thanks a lot for your response @Gr1pr.
@1505grandad, I gave my name and address during my online appeals. They were very specific about this when I used "We" and "The Driver".

I have now received a Letter of Claim from Moorside Legal regarding my Private Parking Charge from PCM UK Ltd. They included a REPLY FORM with several options but if I followed the forum correct, I should respond using the template (Newbies thread) via email (Help@moorsidelegal.co.uk).One question, I have moved address since then. Can I just replace the [Correct address here] with the new address in my email to Moorside Legal? Or do I need to also send another email to DPO at PCM?
Thanks!0 -
But all of that is covered in the LBC response supplied in the second post of the NEWBIES thread. Including sorting out the address.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have received another LBC from the same solicitor, but it has been issued under a new reference number.
This has arrived nearly a year after the previous LBC, and it was still sent to my old address despite me having already provided my updated address in my earlier response using the template.
Should I reply to the solicitor again to update my address and notify PCM as well, or is it better to ignore this correspondence?0 -
Yes send the LBC reply in post 2 of the NEWBIES thread.
NEVER IGNORE a prospective Claimant who is wrongly using your old address. That's risking a CCJ.
