From another post on this forum, try this URL, with your account number inserted in lieu of  "accountnumber" octopus.energy/dashboard/accounts/accountnumber/tariff-renewal/#/ this just worked for me.
That link reports a error 404 , can not find that web page.

Just got an email from octopus saying I'm paying sufficient monthly payment so they recommend an increase of nearly £19.

Crazy my tariff ends 18th October, so only two payments to go.

And presumably you inserted your actual account number into that link. I'm on a fixed tariff and I agree,no change tariff is available via the app or web unless using that URL with a valid account number as others have done. It worked this morning and again just now. If I was you, I'd double check the URL you're submitting if you're getting the page not found error.

Thanks, the link worked when I inserted my account number.

Phew that should've been easier,  Ive now changed tariff from end of current tariff ( with no exit fees) I hope

Seems Octopus are trying to be helpful by not offering web and app actions that would trigger an exit fee.
However, it would be better if they hid the options only until 49 days before the fix ends (when you can leave without any penalty).

It's not that - I have no exit/change fee and I don't see it in the dashboard. The link works ok for me though.

    Yes, you're right.
I changed the other day from fixed (ending 16 Oct 24) to SVT but I had to call them, which was free, very quick and very easy.
However, right now the app doesn't show me how to switch to a new fixed tariff.  Maybe there's a 28-day lockout, or perhaps it doesn't work on Android?
