Octopus renewal to new fixed tariff

Just got an email from octopus saying I'm paying sufficient monthly payment so they recommend an increase of nearly £19.
Crazy my tariff ends 18th October, so only two payments to go.0 -

Phew that should've been easier, Ive now changed tariff from end of current tariff ( with no exit fees) I hope0 -
Seems Octopus are trying to be helpful by not offering web and app actions that would trigger an exit fee.However, it would be better if they hid the options only until 49 days before the fix ends (when you can leave without any penalty).0

Maybe there's a 28-day lockout, or perhaps it doesn't work on Android?0
