orange contract due for renewal

hi my orange contract is due for renewal on 26th jan 08 i am on one with free broadband and i think on lowest upgrade band. How do i go about getting upgrade? who do i phone and what do i need to say ( i know thick one here )

If you want to stay with Orange you can ring the sales team,you have an option thats a free number from your mobile,not sure if its 150 but something along those lines. Ask to be put through to sales and ask what they can offer in regards to upgrading your mobile phone. Also you can check there website as it has an upgrade option and it will list the mobile phones. If you are happy with Orange you can stay on the same package but its best speaking to the sales team but check the phone you want 1st. Goodluck
