For a start they will not deal with you as you are not the customer & I guess do not hold any sort of mandate to act on their behalf. Then there is the issue that even if they email, there is no way to verify a customer.

ok thanks for that, its ok. its all being sorted. as I said neighbour is in his 80s, but he found the number to call and he's sorted it with out my help. he's one of the old school. so fair play to him.born_again said:
