POP Telecom 'delivery charge'

Hi there. I recently signed up with POP Telecom but they contacted me two days later to say the package their website had said was available to my property, wasn't. Turns out the delivery charge for the router, which they never delivered, is non-refundable and as soon as I queried this it became an 'administration fee', even though it's itemised as a router delivery charge on their invoice, and there's no mention anywhere on their materials or website being non-refundable. Has anyone else found this? I'm contesting it at present.

TBH , if after this all you are out of pocket is the delivery charge for the router ( presumably they don’t want you to return it ) and you are free to use someone else , I would consider it a lucky ( and cheap ) escape from a poor decision on your choice of ISP in the first place0

Do you work for POP Telecom ? In the OP’s case what part of POP Telecoms behaviour do you find acceptable ?If you think my comment was vilification of the OP , I should be asking you ‘did you read the post ‘ , do you think the OP made a good choice in POP Telecom ? , it’s my opinion ( and I dare say the OP is now of the same opinion ) that chosing them was a poor decision , it’s remarkable that you think that is vilification.0

I seem to remember many complaints about POP telecom going back quite a few years on this forum."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0
