Escape freaks/you travel

Just after a bit advice, long story but will try keep short 
I had booked a package holiday all inclusive, water park and beach front with escape freaks, who then used you travel to book holiday, which was then cancelled, escape freaks were sending me alternatives they were nothing like what I had booked also there were additional fees most over £400 the only on without additional fee was room only !!!
this was 2 weeks before we were due to fly 
my options they told me were pick one they sent me pay the additional fee
book another myself and wait till after 10th of August ( day after I was due home)  to find out what and if any refund 
or wait till got there then find somewhere 

I was going back and forward with them asking why I had to pay additional , I read there terms and conditions and also emails they sent me saying that the additional fee is covered by the company 

I was willing to pay for new hotel if they could tell me how much I was getting back, but they couldn’t 

but they still wouldn’t have it , I have bad anxiety and also have a adhd son so the stress of all this was to much 

the emails were very rude and I felt had no choice even though had proof in an email they cover the cost, I had to go with a hotel but had to pay addition £595 , already had paid over £2000 , I put a complaint in with them when we got back, they advised contact me within 45 days , I emailed today as not heard anything they basically told me that it’s not there problem. 

Is there anything I can do ? I’m thank full for all advise

So would it be you travel that I get in contact with? On my ATOL it states eacapefreaks
