Response from Stellantis re GMAC loan

Hello, I used the online template to query if my GMAC loan had dealer commission. I submitted it to Stellantis by email. It was a Sunday and two minutes later I got a reply saying they needed more info. Before I could respond I received another email saying they had checked and no commission was paid to my dealer. This was all within four minutes of me submitting my email, it was a Sunday afternoon. Has anyone else experienced this superhuman investigation turnaround time or should I be concerned that they rejected my query in just four minutes. Thanks.

This was all within four minutes of me submitting my email, it was a Sunday afternoon. That is expected with automated processing.Has anyone else experienced this superhuman investigation turnaround time or should I be concerned that they rejected my query in just four minutes. Why do you think humans need to be involved?
If they didn't use DCA, then its an easy rejection. It doesn't require human or super human hours to say they didn't use DCA. They can just set it to auto-respond.

As GMAC were listed as one of the organisations who did pay DCA to dealerships and it would have been legacy business to Stellantis and a loan which ended several years ago I did expect their investigation to take longer than 4 minutes which is why I asked if anyone else had received as similarly quick rejection.A lender that may have had the ability to use DCA doesn't mean they did use DCA. It may have been used positively rather than negatively when it was used (i.e. reduce the rate rather than increase it). It may have only been used between certain dates or at dealer discretion.
So, the computer looks up the details you supply and if it finds a match and sees that DCA was not used, then an email can be returned to you in minutes. Lots of rejections are that quick. If they couldn't find you then you would have got a different email and if yours was potentially subject to DCA then you would have got a different email again.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
