In which case you cannot claim costs, because they chickened out early1

What a bunch of losers, in every aspect! Apart from my submission to the Justice Enquiry, is there anywhere else I can make a complaint? My local MP maybe?1

Certainly everyone should be complaining to their MPs.
And sticking around here to participate in the current Government's Public Consultation, when it finally comes.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Have you seen/supported petitions asking for Govt action. It’s unacceptable past and present Govt have failed to protect motorists from PP operators 'rip-off' practices?

Interesting in the IPC submission a few pages earlier I did not see any comment upon the number of discontinued cases and how the abuse of the courts process, a mix of Mexican stand off and chicken in which the claimant bottles it just before they are required to put their money where their mouth is, leads to those limited slots being irrecoverably lost.
@ChillyDragon51 - I sent a letter to my MP a few weeks ago you may wish to consider something similar - see here letter-to-your-mp5 -
Thank you @BikingBud - I'll take a look, thank you. Got the name of my local MP. Will prioritise writing that letter this week.5
