Wm x 1 on the line. It is very windy. Wm x 2 is swishing. Wm x 3 is queuing.
Ivy cuttings taken from the out of control plant indoors, with a plan to have plants for outside containers at some point - insert the much missed Martin emoji here!
DD and I are supposed to be going out for lunch in small town today, before she starts packing to back to the uni city later in the week.
I have much dust to rehouse, plus I need to sort out my car insurance renewal - a much hated job, almost beats dusting, but not quite. Maybe I’ll just have a coffee first, if anyone cares to join me?5 -

Evening all. Hope Lionel is feeling happier today x
Having flown hard (by my standards) on Saturday, I have only kept up with the dailies since. Today I took my goddaughter W to our favourite NT property. Not having her younger sister M with us meant that W was willing - keen, even - to spend more time looking closely at the glorious William de Morgan tiles in the gallery, and afterwards we had fun rolling, stamping and decorating clay to make our own tiles, which was the [allegedly children's] activity on offer today[though we both did one]. A bite to eat was followed by a tour of the house with more observation and learning about the art and the kitchen utensils, plus a bit of dressing up, and then we made it as far as the adventure playground where the trunk of a felled oak tree provided a comfortable seat for me whilst W ran and climbed and hung upside down. A good time was had by all
Apart from that, I managed to post a birthday card to DD and DGS3+4's stowaway NT cards to their mum; dropped a few bits and pieces off at the CS; bought non-frozen sausages for tea to speed up the cooking; walked Rosie; WULTD after we'd eaten; and pulled up a few more weeds in the front garden before it got dark. DH is at model railway club this evening, so now I'm going to put my feet up.
The GP has approved my meds order, placed last Friday (almost a world record, considering that we've had a BH), so I must remember to pick them up tomorrow. DH has won the raffle at SW yet again, so we have a large lettuce box full of F&V, which will save me going food shopping again this month and might leave me with a small surplus in my budget
Have a good evening, everyone xxx5 -
Well done DH, Ionafan. I used to hate having men at the group, they seem to lose more successfully than the women. No point me going back though, as speed foods just speed right through me lol. Maybe when i’m off these meds.
DW and WM locked and loaded. Some WUALTD done. Haven’t decided what list to do yet…Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Evening all. I didn't do much at the weekend, just some washing and drying and the usual food prep and washing up. Today I took some rubbish down and bought A's paper. I stripped the bed and put the bedding on to wash and then took A to the High street as he wanted to go to the bank and the bs. We stopped off on the way back for a drink at our favourite pub. Came back and made lunch and put fresh bedding on and dried the other. Made up the bag of washing/ironing for the laundry who collected it later. Bleached the sink and washing-up pad and S&S in the kitchen, made supper and washed up. Just A's final eye drops and putting out his breakfast things to do.I've nearly finished The Magic Toyshop; I'm going to try and finish it before I go to bed.5
