Looks like Parking Eye chickened out, meaning that is the end. ( But keep hold of all your paperwork for the next 6 years, just in case. )

Please add this case to the Popla decisions thread in announcements, withdrawal is still a win, useful knowledge

Amazing 😄 Thank you for confirming Gr1pr. Great start to the week with news like this!

Will inform the folks of this and they will be happy. I'll update the Popla decisions thread with the outcome later. Thank you for everyone whose contributed and helped, wouldn't have won without the support from the regular forum contributors and the help here has always been immense.

I've also appealed my parking eye parking charge and they declined my appeal saying there wasnt enough evidence. I was with my brother who is disabled and displayed his blue badge. There is no evidence as to where I was parked. Can I use the same template to appeal to Popla?

You should be complaining to the retailer or landowner, not bothering with POPLA.

Then start a new thread if the retailer complaint fails. That is Plan A. Do not try POPLA.
