Ok so I have removed the three broken links and the sentence above them.

I have edited the draft above - can anyone spot anything that needs to be changed?

Then I'll get this off to POPLA.

Just put it in. POPLA is so unimportant that there's no need to bust a gut and that's why we rarely reply about POPLA appeals much.

     :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks CM, will submit it later today.

I thought once the Popla appeal is done, we wait and win? Or will there be another stage still?

Appeal to POPLA submitted. From past PCN's we've encountered, they normally win at POPLA stage - what's the next stage? Get a load of debt letters and ignore them?

As I don't recall going past POPLA stage on past PCN's.

Thanks Gr1pr, just curious to know what would happen and what to expect if Popla decline! But that decision is over a month away still. Will be back when I have a reply 👍🏼

If the PCN is not paid or cancelled, then its

Debt collectors letters. ( Ignore. )

Followed by an LoC. ( Respond. )

Followed by a possible court claim pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL ( respond accordingly do not ignore. ) the claimant has 6 years to issue a court claim

So just received the below from Popla via email:

    “Dear xxxxxxxx,

The operator has contacted us and told us that they have withdrawn your appeal.

If you have already paid your parking charge, this is the reason your appeal will have been withdrawn. Unfortunately, you cannot pay your parking charge and appeal, which means that POPLA’s involvement in your appeal has ended. You will not be able to request a refund of the amount paid in order to resubmit your appeal to us.

If you have not paid your parking charge, the operator has reviewed your appeal and chosen to cancel the parking charge. As the operator has withdrawn your appeal, POPLA’s involvement has now ended and you do not need to take any further action.

    Kind regards

    POPLA Team“

I logged into the Popla portal and the reason is ‘Popla WDL - Internal Request’

Does the above mean we won?

Will we be getting more letters regarding this or that’s the end?

    Thanks
