Have just retired, and use whatsapp a lot, rarely use calls. Does any of the networks have a UK call centre? I live in a town so reception is generally fine. Looking for say £ per mont5th direct debit, for simplicity. any suggestions pls? I think  3 is call centre (i find the lack of understanding "irritable" at best.

You complain about non-UK call centres being hard to understand and they make you irritable, yet you can barely write comprehensive English yourself.

I have no idea which networks have UK call centres as I haven't rang one for years. Most things are dealt with through an app these days.

For £5 a month, you're only going to get 5GB per month. There is a deal on the MSE website which is unlimited calls and texts, 5gb of data, for £1.50 a month for the first 6 months and £4.90 a month thereafter. It's a 1 month rolling contract so you can leave any time.

    This might be of interest:

As for call centres, well who knows these days?  Apparently you can wander into any larger Tesco for Tesco mobile issues (though they may not match the overall opening hours, the one by me is 6am-midnight but the Tesco Mobile stand/section is 9am-7pm)

I wouldn't base your decision purely on whether an operator has a UK Call Centre or not, as chances are the issue you have you can fix yourself

If you primarily use the phone at home and it rarely if ever goes outside, just use your home wi-fi connection at no extra charge.

Yes it was necessary. I think your original post made you sound a bit xenophobic to be honest.

I use 1p mobile. You pay for what you use. It's minimum £10 every 3 mts. If you need more then you can do an extra top up, if you use less it gathers a while then counts towards your next top up
The centre is in Wales and I've always got quick and polite replies but it is Mon-Fri, the site is very easy to see usage, top ups and such.
It's run on EE I believe so a good network.

Nothing racist about it Brassy, I have a site where however polite I have to keep asking for the desk to repeat and I find that awkward after a while and hard going.

I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!
