Is this house worth for 300k?

Thanks to everyone for the responses and the feedbacks.
The main reason for liking this house is that we are looking for a detached 4 bedroom, with possible of future extensions. This one looked new and nice with minimum work, and possibility to extend in 5/6 years.
Also, the other reason is that other 4 bedrooms go for much higher prices, and this is the best one we found in terms of upstairs room sizes as well, we basically need x2 master bedrooms, and then 2 rooms for the kids, then an additional smaller room for my office (in this case, we thought about converting the garage).
While I do completely understand that end of the day a price house is not something easy to decide, and that it depends on the owner and the buyer, I wanted to make sure I am not paying 20k/30k additional, and that I'm not missing anything, as in all honesty this would be my lifetime house, so cannot afford much mistakes.
Surely would also do a 500£ worth survey.
If anyone has any other suggestions near that area, we are more than welcome to look at those and we would be greateful to any recommendations.
Thanks a lot to everyone again, these answers have been really helpful.

That looks massively overpriced.edgex said:https://nethouseprices.com/house-prices/BD22 7FL
This is what they were selling for as new builds. Usually there's a 'new build' premium, so would expect the asking price to be less than what it originally sold for.
Rightmove has a price reduction 29/5/24.
This one that's not far away has seen multiple reductions from £360k in Oct 2023.
