Though it's worth noting that with NatWest/RBS, funds received on a non-working day will be treated as having been received the next working day for interest purposes. For this reason mine have been funded on the first working day of the month, rather than necessarily 1st of the month.jameseonline said:I always fund manually start of every month, money into NatWest & RBS current accounts then transfer to the Digital Savers
Like yourself though I fund mine from NatWest/RBS current accounts manually as I bounce money through the reward accounts anyway and couldn't be bothered to set up 2 new payees with other banks.3 -
Exactly the same here. It doesn't make sense for money to sit there earning nothing and during extended holidays it can be a few days. My September distribution will be over 2 days. I have it all colour-coded in my "distribution spreadsheet"Bridlington1 said:

, except Progressive.
I do it through reward accounts too. They need feeding, so may as well do it all in one go.3 -
It's habit for me to fund accounts at the start of each month regardless if it's a work day or not, not likely to lose much if at all in interest & it's a job done for the month, bar the odd regular such as Coventry Loyalty, then I can focus on paying direct debits/recurring card payments etc for the rest of the month.Bridlington1 said:
