Ford Credit refute claim

Hi,
I have received a letter from Ford Credit stating that they have dismissed my claim based on the PCP agreement being outside the scope of this claim.
I signed the agreement in March 2017.

Just wondering if anyone else has received similar and if there’s anything else I should do?

What was the actual wording?
If they didn't use DCA for example, it is obvious, but we'd need to know what they said as 2017 is inside the scopeSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
