Gardening Express and s a dreadful company

Hello,
I also purchased on the 09/06/24, 15 bareroot roses from Gardening Express website, I t took over two weeks before they arrived. Of the 15 bareroot roses 9 did not come up. I did receive an email from Customer Service from Lizzie to ask me to do a stem test which is what I did and I sent it back. I’ve sent over 13 emails now and since then I had one reply back after numerous emails to Lizzie, she stated she didn’t have the name of the roses that were dead. I sent sent another email indicating the names of each of the roses that hadn’t come up and since then have not had anything back from them. There is no telephone number that you can call on this website. And you can only send your queries via email. The customer services is absolutely appalling and it’s taken this long for them to either replace the roses or if they didn’t have them in stock to give me a refund which they state on there website that they are guaranteed to do this. I then sent a complaint letter and further on top of that I gave them 14 days. I never got a reply back from them. I then sent another letter stating breach of contract and gave them seven days to reply and still not heard anything back. I have now sent another letter before a court claim and I have given them 14 days again to reply.
I would just like to let you know that I will never be buying any more plants from this company and all I would like is a refund from them appalling service.
This has almost been 3 months now. I have wasted my time, energy waiting and sending numerous emails to this shockingly appalling company.
I personally recommend to customers not to buy plants or any goods for that matter from gardening express.
By the way Mr Bonnett ( Director ) of Gardening Express if you are reading this message, you need to reply to me ASAP and refund the money that you owe me. I will not be stopping at this if you do not comply. You have now got a bad review from me and obviously a bad reputation by the looks of it from other customers whom you could have kept as return customers.

probably because they were told you don't plant bare root roses in June.1

I was sold roses by the Company in June so I had to plant them. If roses aren’t supposed be grown in June then the company shouldn’t have sold them.0

In fact it’s best if you wait.The idea is that they need heeling in first , then you plant them in the autumn.0
