I don't think most will go that low. And you won't even get 800W most of the time.
Better to sign up for cheap overnight electricity and use the solar for other things.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
The EV charging spec fo AC charging only goes as low as 6 amps, which is about 1.4 kW, IIRC.
Worth keeping in mind that, based on the number of kits already sold, there are probably thousands of illicit plug-in solar installations in the UK already.

That's interesting, I have 4.4 kWh solar on our bungalow roof, our detached garage has a pitch south facing roof, may be I could instal a 800w or even 2 800w systems ?
