    No I get that I'm just wandering why they bother to reply to me at all. Are they thinking that I will cave in because they've seen the template many times? While completely ignoring what was said in it. Should I even bother to reply to them.

    Yeah, they need to get themselves a template. Imagine having to formulate a different response every time to the template they see a lot! What a waste of their time.
