Neither can they if its a free text field limited to 2 characters but show me a travel insurer quote and buy that only uses a DDL or 2 character free text field

I have seen several that use DDLs, but the entries are things like 1. Europe (including Spain); 2. Europe (not including Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Italy); 3. Rest of the world (not including North America and Caribbean).
