ah that’s reassuring! yes £302 is the amount
unfortunately not yet! a lot of road blocks so far along side the lack of time with a newborn
DVLA information can only be paid via cheque?! Can’t say i’ve ever had a cheque book
I am also struggling to establish what court it was heard at to try get the court particular's
to be honest the whole gathering evidence has made me very nervous for my case, so I was tempted to give in and accept the parking enforcements lower fee and consent to set aside
- Very overwhelming! 0 -
It wasn't ever heard. No Judge saw it. It was a default CCJ at first stage (CNBC).What do you mean "paying by cheque for DVLA info"? You don't pay the DVLA for anything.
If you sign their 'consent order' to set it aside then the CCJ may not be set aside and if the court refuses, you'll have lost all your leverage. A Judge might say no to their useless draft order and they'll run away laughing.
Do NOT agree a consent order.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

as evidence that the vehicle was sold very shortly after the ticket was issued DVLA have advised to do a v888 form where they should basically confirm on X date the V5 was sold for example but it’s a small fee payable by cheque

They told you wrong. As usual. Of course you don't do a v888 to ask for your own data rights! This is already mentioned in post 5 of the NEWBIES thread that you do NOT pay the DVLA for info about your own vehicle.dougbrig24 said:as evidence that the vehicle was sold very shortly after the ticket was issued DVLA have advised to do a v888 form where they should basically confirm on X date the V5 was sold for example but it’s a small fee payable by chequePRIVATE 'PCN'? yes I did see this… however, how can I provide any evidence the vehicle was sold shortly after without any documents to support it?0

We aren't saying not to get the evidence from the DVLA! We are saying they are wrong. What you are asking for is free.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
