I have reported your post as you have left information showing that can identify you.You have been told what to do for now, debt collectors are powerless ignore them, the PPC will huff and puff but in the event that this went to a magistrates court the proceeds wouldn't go to them, it would go into a government black hole, so why would they waste their time on that.You just need to string it out for six months.1

Ignore it and it will time out in 6 months. But keep all paperwork because we have a couple of SABA cases where a random solicitor has managed to file claims in the County Court years later. Cases still ongoing even though clearly (as it says on the PN) this sort of penalty can't go that route!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
