Need help with a few private company parking fines

I'm an amazon flex delivery driver, so I use my own car to deliver parcels for amazon. I recently got 3 tickets from private companies.

The first one is from UK Car Park Management. I got this for parking on a private road without a valid permit. I parked on this road to go and deliver a parcel to one of the flats.
Here is the an image of it:
I've crossed out the the details i think I'm meant to cross out. This was just a fine through the post, no windscreen ticket. I'm just confused on how to appeal this, because the thread is giving advice for people getting the parking fines when in a private car park but this was on a road, while i was delivering a parcel. I have past the 14 days to pay the reduced amount too, and i am nearing the 28th day as well. So any help on how to appeal this would be appreciated.

For the other 2 tickets both of them have passed this stage, and i received debt collectors letters as you can see below:
fine 2:

fine 3:

With both of these tickets the time to pay them has passed and i cant pay them anymore i believe. Fine 2 has just passed the 14 days to pay, and fine 3 has passed a long time ago, around 8 months now. I haven't heard anything more from these fines though.

I've read the whole newbie private parking fine thread, but cant seem to make sense of it, its quite confusing to me and I think my situation is a bit different as I got these fines while delivering parcels.

I have received a fine from UK CPM before while delivering and i sent them an appeal and explained how i was delivering parcels and showed them proof but they denied and i just paid it. But after finding this forum i have some hope on clearing these fines without needing to pay.

Can someone just advise me on what my options are with these 3 fines. How can i appeal the first one and what can i even do with the other 2?

Thanks.

None of them are fines, private parking companies do not issue fines, they are or were PCNs, like that first image states

Ignore the debt collectors letters, post 4 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements

2 PCNs are from UK CPM , and one from PCM UK LTD , 2 different companies, same issues

For the first and newest one, just appeal as keeper using the blue text template in the newbies sticky thread, first post, assuming that you are the RK of the vehicle. ?

Plenty of Amazon driver delivery threads on here, all for the same thing, STOPPING to deliver packages to residents living on private property

So for the debt collector ones, it says they’ll take me to court and affect my credit score and all that. Will they actually do that? Or do I just simply ignore them? Really don’t want any headache with court or credit scores.

For the first one, the newest one, if I use the appeal as the keeper the appeal says this “ You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date” but when I go onto the website to check the pcn there is an image of the sign with the parking conditions, so how does that work? Also the appeal says I can add something like a transaction from a hospital or something to prove I was parked for that. In my case, should I attach proof “the driver” was delivering in the area? Or should I just not tell them I was parked to deliver?

Sorry if it’s too many questions, I’m just so confused with understanding the newbie forum.

Debt collectors are powerless and can do nothing save send poor quality bog-paper. I'll wager that the debt collector letters do not say that they will take you to court because they know they can't. Slow down, read them carefully and see what they actually say, not what you think they say. In all cases, ignore debt collectors. This is explained in the fourth post of the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES.
Debt collectors cannot and will not take you to court, but the PPC might.

For the UK CPM PCN, appeal exactly as advised by @Gr1pr. Don't over think it. The template from the NEWBIES is designed to cover all cases. Yours is no different from any others. Send it unaltered from the keeper except add a one liner that dropping off/picking up (goods or people) is not parking as determined in the persuasive appeal case of Jopson v Homeguard. The transcript is available on line for reference.

Do note that most IPC members only give 21 days to appeal, not 28. Check when the keeper's appeal deadline is.

You have redacted the date of issue and the date of the alleged event and have only shown us one side, so it is impossible for us to tell if it is or is not PoFA compliant. We cannot therefore determine whether the keeper can or cannot be held liable.
Please post it again, redacting personal data, but leave all dates showing.

If it is not PoFA compliant, then you should add a one liner to the keeper's appeal to that effect.

Sorry I was under the impression I had to hide the dates. I’ve attached an image with dates showing.

So you’re saying that i should copy and paste the same appeal from the newbies thread (the blue text) but add a line saying the driver was unloading goods?

No point. There's no appeal. Ignore them all.

Come back if you get a LBC (please now re-read the FOURTH then the SECOND posts of the NEWBIES thread, in that order).

You won't be paying a penny and won't get a CCJ nor risk anything by following that advice.

But you need to stop getting these. Re-think your parking. Park like we forum regulars do, on street. Why are you driving into private land to deliver parcels when clearly there are scammers in most residential car parks?

Don't even go in there, except in foot.

Leave the vehicle on a double or single yellow line round the corner on-street.  It will take you one minute extra but you CAN'T keep getting these.

Use yellow lines on street (public highway): unloading is what they are there for.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Coupon-mad Should I even ignore the first most recent PCN? Or shall at least try to appeal that with the template in the newbie guide?

And what are the chances of me getting an LBC for the other 2 PCNs?

    No.

No point with IPC firms. Ignore.

And what are the chances of me getting an LBC for the other 2 PCNs?
    Zero at this stage.

Neither Trace nor DR Plus are able to do that. Read the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread where I beg for no more posts about these letters.

Like I clearly stated, debt collectors are powerless, I also stated that you should read the 4th post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements by coupon mad too

Those debt collectors letters do not say anything about the debt collectors taking you to court, they say that they will advise their client to do so, completely different thing.  ONLY the client parking company can sue you in civil court, not debt collectors

When these things are at the interim debt collectors stage, there is nothing that can be done, its an impasse, neither side budging an inch.  What you want is irrelevant, they picked you to play and you are on the pitch! There is no point telling us what you do or dont want, it doesn't matter at this stage. I want to win the lottery, I want immortality, neither will happen. !

The Jopson case should help you if it goes to court, but ONLY the parking company or their lawyers can do that, not the debt collectors

Appealing the newest one will change nothing, you have had 2 options, appeal or ignore, either will still give you the same result, being chased by debt collectors. So do not expect anything different

You definitely should stick to public roads and streets, even if its a longer walk, otherwise you will get a lot more of these PCNs, due to STOPPING on private property to unload, even though its a legitimate practice in your line of work

Now go and read the other Amazon delivery threads, plus the newbies sticky thread in announcements as well, try to understand the topic, but dont expect any quick fixes, you are in the game, for a very long time, the final whistle is blown after 6 years, or in court
