Address for xbox live

Not sure if this should be here or onthe vent board but does anyone know how I can get an address to write and complain to xbox live.

I dont seem to be having much luck

Thanks ~ its just a couple of things that we want to complain about:

Scratched Discs
Poor Connections
Lagging.

We have tried calling and emailing but *India* dont seem to be able to understand let alone help :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Unfortunately, with the exception of the scratch discs, these are not necessarily Micro$ofts fault.

There are a million and one reasons why you may not be getting an good connection and lagging, starting at your end and finally reaching the M$ end. It might be worth doing some diagnostic work on your internet connection first

As for the scratched disks, that is more likely to be the retailers fault than M$ too.

Thanks but I know that the connection is not my end, its also a known problem (with MS) with the discs scratching ~ hence me needing to complain to Microsoft.

xbox live wasnt working properly last night. on halo 3 it took an age to find players. when it did find some and start to set up the game it would then lose all the players and start searching for another set of players. it kept doing this and when it finally did get as far a game only 3 people on my team and one on the other team were still connected.

As its been mentioned the lagging isnt microsofts fault, they are aware of the problem and they are fixing it, everyone has had a problem with connecting to games recently due to a problem, you can t really complain about it really,

have a look on the xbox.com website they have a replacement disc list but I think it's only limited edition one's that they exchange when faulty/scratched and it take's 30 days to get a replacement....the address is also on there...:Dalso your 360 might be faulty if it's that that is scratching your disc's...once happened to my son so we took it back to game and explained and they swapped it...hth's:Das for xbox itself that has been down over christmas...to many people trying to get on...also your internet would suggest that you are on a 50 ratio which mean's your sharing your internet line with 49 other user's and at this time of year everyone is on the net so everyone's is running a tad slow...that's life I am afraid major holiday school's shut everyone is on the net...
